Spinach Salad

I have really been enjoying this simple salad:

1 bag Baby Leaf spinach
1 C toasted almond slivers
1 C craisins
Goat Cheese crumbles - to taste
Poppy Seed salad dressing

Toast 1 C of slivered almonds in 1T of butter until golden brown.

Wash spinach and drain completely. Then tear leaves to bite size and toss with Poppy Seed dressing.

Just before serving, garnish with the almonds, craisins and goat cheese.
