Des Moines Area Quilters Guild

DMAQG’s annual quilt show, “We Color the World,” opens tomorrow. Join us at the Cultural Center at the Iowa State Fairgrounds, September 26-28. Show hours are 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on September 26 and 27 and 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Saturday, September 28. Tickets are $7 at the door.

The show will fill all three floors of the Cultural Center and will feature over 500 quilts, including special exhibits such as “Color Me With Wool” and “Textile Rainbow” art quilts. Free demonstrations and Quilt Turnings will take place during the three days of the show. Vendors from six states will display and sell goods.
