Practicing my curve piecing, I made this little wall hanging today. It will be a birthday gift.
Here's my plan for hanging. After quilting, I will add a pocket on the back top edge and slide this piece of metal measure tape in. I have rounded the ends so it won't tear through the fabric.
Then, I will give a 3M magnet with the gift. You apply it to the wall with 3M tape so no nail hole required. You can secure it with a nail if hanging something quite heavy but it won't be necessary for this wall hanging.
